Welcome to Uptown Design Studio! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview

Uptown Design Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”) designs and sells physical products including hats, shirts, and art prints. These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our website, pop-ups, or retail partners.

2. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (up to 10 business days).

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days (U.S.)

  • Expedited shipping: 2-5 business days (U.S.)

  • International shipping times vary depending on customs and carrier delays.

Note: Once an order leaves our studio and is in transit, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! However, because each item is made with care and limited runs, we offer exchanges or store credit only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Digital or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at uptowndesignstudiollc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. After receiving the item in original condition, we’ll send your replacement or issue store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production or shipping. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

5. Colors & Variations

Please note that slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or print variation. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. For extra protection, we recommend selecting Route Package Protection (if offered at checkout).
